I don’t really celebrate Valentine’s Day.
It’s not because I don’t like flowers (I do) and it’s not because I don’t enjoy chocolate (I’m a woman– c’mon.) But really, it is because we are an army couple and learned about 33 seconds into our relationship that we can’t get too attached to ANY dates, be it Valentine’s Day, Thanksgiving, birthdays, you name it.
I think this year makes 0-5 Valentine’s Days that hubs and I have been together to celebrate. We aren’t broken up about it. Really. We aren’t.
Because we have decided to (attempt) and treat each day like Valentine’s Day, cherishing, loving and building one another up… With love notes and chocolates as an added bonus.
The same is true in our relationship with Christ.
We don’t need to limit it to a few days a year. It is something we can practice all the time.
My hope is this printable will help you do just that.
So you know the drill… Click on the blue PDF link below the picture and print off this really neat pic to remind us what it means to be loved BY God and how we should love LIKE God.
Year round. Daily. Every second and every moment.
So take a deep breath. Inhale. Smell that? Yep, love is in the air. No, really it is. All year round, not just in February. Especially when we think of God’s love for us.
Remember friends, out of all the super cool trinkets and treats you do (or don’t) get this February, know that the greatest of these is love.
Basking in His Love,
PS: Just wanted to say thanks for subscribing to 7 Days Time and supporting our ministry. You bless us so much!
